SESSIONS FOR:

The number of distractions in our working day is off the scale. No longer nice simple distraction chats at water coolers and people popping by for a quick Q & A and some interpersonal human re-vig. We are now faced with as many as 10 look at me, no me. no me .. 'pop ups' a min. For every distraction we look at it takes a minimum of 7 mins to get back to the original focus. So if you do the task time and re-focus time maths, clearly, it's the business and teams who are able to find more focus flow that really grow.
